EUG 2012 ENTRY PROCEDURE
DEADLINES
General Entry Form deadline extended to February 13th
Quantitative Entry Form deadline: April 13th
Individual Entry Form deadline: June 13th

A. Payment of the deposit - General Entry Form
Please note that we accept registrations only via our online registration system. Only the NUSA may enter the first process of registration; namely the general entry form. All subsequent steps can be done by the contact person listed in the general entry step.
Payment of the deposit is required in order to enable your participation, as registration won’t be confirmed until the payment is received by EUSA. The invoice for the deposit is generated when the general entry form is filled out and submitted via the online registration system.
Team Sports deposit amount:
Basketball: 2.000€ Handball: 2.000€ Football: 2.000€ Futsal: 2.000€ Rugby 7s: 2.000€ Volleyball: 2.000€
Individual Sports deposit amount:
Badminton: 400€ Beach Volleyball: 400€ Table Tennis: 400€ Tennis: 400€
Deposit amount will be deducted from final participation fee to be paid to the Organizing Committee.
B. Quantitative forms
After EUSA receives your deposit AND you are confirmed to participate, the contact person listed in the general entry form is able to fill out the Quantitative entry form using the online registration system. After filling out the form, it has to be submitted and an invoice for the participation costs is generated.
C. Individual forms
After the quantitative form is received and confirmed by the Organizing Committee, the contact person may proceed with the individual entry forms.
The individual entry form also serves as the Certificate of Academic Eligibility - once filled out it can be saved as PDF, and printed out to be confirmed by the University.
Officials and referees do not need to have the forms confirmed.
IMPORTANT ADVICE:
Please note that submitting all individual entry forms correctly submitted in advance will enable a faster accreditation procedure upon arrival.
If all pictures and data are uploaded, getting the accreditations will be much faster, as only the Head of Delegation will be taken to Accreditations Center (bringing all passports and Certificates of Academic Eligibility) instead of the whole team. Considering that over 3500 participants will need to be accredited it for sure will turn into a huge advantage.

SELECTION PROCESS
If the number of received entries exceeds the maximum number defined in the technical regulations of the sport concerned, the following criteria will apply:
1. The entry nomination and deposit payment date.
2. The highest ranked team from those countries who finished in the top half of the European Universities Championships in the year preceding EUG will be automatically qualified.
3. The remaining places will be decided by EC by a wild card system taking into consideration geography representation and EUSA rankings.
TRAVEL INFORMATION
In order to arrange transportation (provided from Malaga international airport and Cordoba railway or bus station), all registered teams must send their travel information two months before their arrival to the following email address:

FEES TO BE PAID
PARTICIPATION FEE:
60€ each participant each day (to be paid to the Organizing Committee)
Accommodation, meals* and transportation are provided.
(*) Meals will be offered considering the arrival time in Cordoba.
Last meal offered will be the departure day’s breakfast.
50% participation fee must be paid to the OC when submitting the quantitative entry form.

The remaining 50% can be paid in cash upon arrival but it is suggested to be paid in advance by bank transfer to the Organizing Committee.
In case of any last minute amendment, payment adjust can be done upon arrival.
